This project consisted of a renovated shop floor area of approximately 100,000 sf and a renovated office area of approximately 30,000 sf., located in Livonia, MI. The shop required extensive M/E/P system upgrades to facilitate connection of the owners testing and prototype production equipment. The office area was completely renovated into a new high-tech facility with open ceilings. Major M/E/P system improvements include: Make-up air conditioning for the Shop, VVT system for the Office, Compressed Air Piping, Natural Gas Piping, new Primary Electrical service, and linear LED office lighting.
