Parc Restaurant, Detroit, MI, located in the heart of the award-winning Campus Martius Park, the all-new, state-of-the-art venue features more than 100 feet of Nanaglass window walls to provide guests with clear, 270 degree views of downtown Detroit. During warmer months, the window walls can completely retract, providing an open-air dining experience. The HVAC system feature EOS – Titus is a state of the art ambient light-powered, energy harvesting diffusers at the perimeter window wall.
The EOS increases occupant comfort and saves energy without the use of any external power source. The auto-changeover action is powered by a unique energy harvesting system which uses solar or ambient light energy to power a miniature motor/accuator assembly. A PC board with temperature sensor uses smart logic to monitor supply air temperature and quickly change the air discharge pattern.
