With over 25 years of experience in the MEP consulting industry, Tracie serves as a Senior Electrical Designer and Project Manager. Having been a cornerstone of the firm since 1999, she has navigated the evolution of both the industry and the company with a steady hand, bringing decades of practical design wisdom to every project she touches.

While her professional life is dedicated to precision and project delivery, her personal world is fueled by adventure and family. As a proud single mother of three—ranging from elementary school to adulthood—Tracie manages a life that is as full as her project calendars. When she isn’t overseeing timelines or electrical layouts, she is likely outdoors camping, boating, traveling, or hunting for the perfect addition to her rock collection.

Recently, Tracie has leaned into her "grandma phase" by picking up crocheting, and in an effort to embrace the winter months, she is currently learning to downhill ski. Although she dreams of eventually retiring to a warmer climate to spend her days collecting shells and sand, she truly thrives in the fast-paced balance of project management and the rewarding bustle of motherhood.
