Zach Mathews

Zach is a Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager here at MEEC, where he specializes in designing power distribution systems and commercial lighting. His passion for his work is deeply rooted in his practical upbringing; he spent summers working for his father as an electrician, which provided a unique, hands-on perspective that guided his path to earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University. Zach is dedicated to designing efficient and reliable electrical infrastructure that enhances the function and energy efficiency of modern buildings. Outside of work, Zach enjoys playing video games, exploring new breweries, refining his skills in the kitchen, and spending quality time with his two dogs, Ellie and Vince.
